Think of a part of yourself you’ve doubted or been taught to hide: a sensitivity, a difference, a part of your story.
Now ask yourself:
- What if this part of you isn’t a flaw, but could be hiding a strength?
- What wisdom or beauty might live inside it?
- When has that quality helped you (or someone else) in a moment that really mattered?
- Who might be comforted or inspired if you chose to honour it?
Take 10 quiet minutes to write freely.
Reflect on that part of yourself you’ve been doubting or taught to hide. Write as if you’re rewriting the story. Not just for you, but for someone else who needs to hear it.
