How did you feel when you were first invited to share your story?
Grateful and happy that someone saw the value of my point of view.
Describe any personal benefits sharing your story has brought you:
My aim in this lifetime is to inspire, so I received an emotional benefit, and as a writer, recognition for my efforts. Sharing personal is always healing for me, too.
Were you helped in anyway by the process to develop your story?
Yes, Karletta published and promoted my story, so I was not only heard, but SEEN.
Did sharing help you understand yourself more deeply?
Perhaps that my audience is different from what I imagined, and that my writing should reflect that insight.
Did you enjoy the response you received from others in relation to your story? How So?
Certainly. Writers never get enough encouragement!
Would you recommend others share their story?
Of course! Our stories inspire, encourage, and heal others.
